The apartment is nestled in the 'La Finca' valley, minutes from the new La Finca Golf Course (par 72) opened in 2002 and built to welcome high-level tournaments.

The Golfers 'Golden Triangle' of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are a 15 minute drive away, through lush lemon and orange groves and the delighful village of San Miguel de salinas, where you will find one of the best Spanish tapas bars in the area.

Leaving the apartment in the opposite direction you will come across yet another fabulous golf course 'La Marquesa', and if that isn't enough, for those of you who want to combine golf with a lazy day 'round the pool, why not have a day out at 'Greenlands', where a 9 hole par 3 golf course, driving range, swimming pool and flat green bowling are just some of the activities on offer, all within 5 minutes of the apartment.

For all those beach lovers, there are some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca within a 15 minute drive. The nearest being at Guardamar del Segura with its beautiful sandy beach, backed by large sand dunes and and pine trees dividing the beach area from the charming old Spanish town.

Further along the coast there is the boardwalk of Torre La Mata, where you can walk to the main town of Torrevieja and its salt lakes, where you may even spot a pink flamingo or two!

Indeed the whole length of the coast from Alicante to La Manga features some of the best beaches on the Spanish mainland.

The historical towns of Alicante, Orihuela and Murcia are also close by and can be reached by car or train; as can the beautiful city of Valencia.

For those fun lovers amongst you, Benidorm is less than an hour away, where you can find a host of restaurants, bars and nightclubs and the theme park 'Terra Mitica' the famous Benidorm Palace.
